Who said you can't bring more than one friend? No one, ever. Bring your girls out to play! I cannot say enough about buddy training: accountability, camaraderie, laughs - good things come while training with buddies! Studies show statistically significant increases in fitness program adherence while training with friends. Food for thought. **Pricing for small groups of 5 or more people receive a flat rate of $20.00/person** in other words, friends save you money.
